After the 32-25 win against Round Rock, Vipers huddled up while the band plays the fight song. Holding our helmets together after the game listening to our fight song, is awesome. We all just put in the work together to get the win, sophomore Landon Thomason said.

Before the team runs out of the inflatable viper, Legacies welcome them along the sidelines. It is super fun to be lined up waiting for the football players to come out because we are all super excited for the game and the stadium atmosphere is always super exciting, senior Laura Parish said.

Vipers run out of the tunnel with the American flag before every game as a tradition. It makes me feel very important to the team and is very exciting, senior Brandon Haley said.

Before the end of the second quarter, Bowen Lewis scores a touchdown. Getting that touchdown was a really good motivator for our team going into halftime so we could finish strong, junior Bowen Lewis said.

The student section cheers on the team as Vipers get another touch down. I enjoy being a student section leader because I have always loved leading people and being crazy at football games. I have to be honest, it is always the highlight of my week when I get to hype the student section up at the games, senior Brandon Stelling said.

After making the touchdown that put the Vipers back on top during the third quarter, Beau Dawson celebrated. It was a great team win because [Round Rock] came into the game undefeated, sophomore Beau Dawson said.

As the Vipers were in the lead, teammates cheered the players on to keep up the hard work. Being on the sideline with my teammates during the game is something I always dream of. All the hard work we put in during off season makes us never forget what we did to get to this point. You only live once and I never want to have any regrets, that is what keeps me from getting complacent, junior Taylor Dummar said.

After the win, the team huddles and the coaches give a debrief and celebration talk. The win against Round Rock felt great. It was fun seeing our team come together and it was a great experience. Celebrating with the team is such a great part of every game because it shows the care and love that we have for one another, senior Pearson Segina said.
