The alternative rock band Imagine Dragons has hinted about a possible new album release. The band’s official Instagram page is filled with a series of new photos; each with a symbol and pieces of a song lyric. On Sunday the band released “Bet My Life”, the single that shares the title with the new album. The band did not give a release date for the album but did provide the cover artwork.

The lead singer, Dan Reynolds, had hinted that a “new single drops soon” on Oct. 14 when the band was interviewed at the New Yorker Festival. Wayne Sermon, the guitarist, also added that they’ve “got a good part of the new album done.” The 96X radio station tweeted that they received an email announcing that the single would be released on Nov. 11. The email also said that the new album will be released in February 2015. The tweet was deleted soon after, since the information was incorrect.

Imagine Dragons first rose to fame with their first hit “It’s Time” from first their EP album Continued Silence and eventually from their album Night Visions. Other popular songs from this album include “Radioactive,” “Demons,” “Bleeding Out” and “On Top of the World.” With this album, the band had 14 nominations and five wins at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards. They also received the Grammy for Best Rock Performance and the iHeart Radio Award for best Alternative Rock Song. In addition, their song “Radiocative” spent a record breaking 87 weeks in the Billboard Hot 100.

More recently the band has contributed to the Transformers: Age of Extinction soundtrack with a song titled “Battle Cry.” They have also released a single called “Warriors” for the soundtrack to the League of Legends 2014 World Championship promotional videos.
