Grey’s Anatomy Review

Popular TV show, Grey’s Anatomy, has been around since 2005 and is now on season 14 on ABC. Grey’s Anatomy is a television series that focuses on the busy lives of surgical interns and residents, both professionally and personally.

Grey’s Anatomy is set in Seattle, Washington, at Seattle Grace Hospital. The show started following five surgical interns and now is only following one of the original five surgical interns, with new characters added each season. The group of interns and doctors on the show go through many catastrophic events such as a shooting, a plane crash, serve car wrecks and more.

The creator of the show, Shonda Rhimes, has been able to keep watchers on the show on the edge of their seats for 14 seasons. The actresses and actors also have done a phenomenal job of keeping the watchers entertained. Ellen Pompeo plays the main character, Meredith Grey who married Patrick Dempsey’s character, also known as “McDreamy.” Shonda Rhimes and the whole cast have won numerous amounts of awards such as Golden Globe awards, People’s Choice awards, and the Teen Choice award.

Grey’s Anatomy is a perfect show for teenagers and adults who love drama and thrill. 76 percent of viewers are females, the action-packed relationships attract the female viewers. The show is comical, intense, and fascinating, the show appeals to many age groups and fits in many film categories.

I personally have watched all of Grey’s Anatomy season one through 13 and am currently watching season 14. I enjoy being able to see what the life of a surgeon is like, I would recommend Grey’s Anatomy to a friend. Past seasons are available on Netflix and Hulu.
